The Basics

My past few posts have been specific addresses to specific needs in this specific time in my life and for a select few that I know of. At this time I'd be making a fatal mistake not to share a few basic building blocks.

There is a God.
There is a Satan.
There is good.
There is evil.
And yes, as cliche' as it might be, the battle is over the human souls here on earth. So cinematic isn't it. Well, there you have it. Part of the deception is that it is an age old story told over and over again in film, book, song, painting, etc. and so on, vis a vie, ergo, you get the picture?
So here's the truth. The basic truth, not the whole truth, yet nothing but the truth.

John 14:6
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.

I start here because for many, this is where the journey ends. Truth is a turnoff. "Sometimes the truth hurts." Truth is exclusive by nature. There cannot be more than one truth.
God made a plan and He has stuck to it. No matter how you spin it, the plan is flawless and full proof. God's plan has no holes. It doesn't hide anything and doesn't apologize for anything. It's your choice to take it or leave it. It may not be convenient. There's not a whole lot of wiggle room. It just is.

Romans 3:23
...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

All. ALL. ALL. EVERYONE. YOU TOO!! AND ESPECIALLY ME!
Live a good life. Go ahead. That's the bonus. But, If you don't have the right key. The lock isn't going to turn. When we're judged on such a high standard. It doesn't matter how good a life you live. It's not going to be good enough. The scar of sin that we've inherited from our earthly nature is too great. Nothing you can dream up or do, no amount of canned food drives, car washes or walk-a-thons will pay the price. This is where the justice comes in. The Pope, Mother Theresa, The Dali Llama, Nelson Mandela, Princess Diana, You. All these people HAVE sinned.

Bonus Scripture: For the wages of sin is death,

Okay, now what? Game Over!! Everyone jump in the pool it's really warm, RIGHT? NOPE.

...but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

It's a gift. Life. Yes, immortality. But more importantly LIFE. The thing that people confuse is "Everlasting Life" or "Eternal Life" and the alternative. Many believe that the opposite is NOTHINGNESS.
Here's more truth. Everyone is guaranteed eternity. We all "exist" from here on out eternally. It's just a matter of life or death. Life or torment. But, there's this gift.

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. Revelation 3:20

It's an open offer. A LIMITED TIME open offer. This is your chance. Right now, this is your second chance. This life, the air you breathe, RIGHT NOW is your reincarnation. This bodily manifestation of your supernatural being is the only one you're going to get. That's justice. He's not going to knock down the door and barge in. Some Tele-vangelists might. But there NOT God. They're men.

Romans 3:23

Men will fail every time. EVERY TIME!!! EVERY FREAKING TIME!! It's not in God's nature to fail. He can't. So there's a start. The only problem is that the clock is ticking. Time will fail, time will run out. That's what your enemy is counting on. Failure by default. We'll talk more. Chew on this. It's a big choice. It's yours and only yours. Be careful. Again, time is limited.

ISAIAH 54:17

"No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their vindication is from Me," declares the LORD.

Another Promise

Isaiah 40:28:31

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. ²⁹ He gives strength to the weary, And to him who lacks might He increases power. ³⁰ Though youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly, ³¹ Yet those who wait for the LORD Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.

VOICES

I heard a voice.

It called me out of sleep.

It woke me through my ears but I heard it throughout my soul.

It said, "Jon". That's it just my name.

It sounded both male and female. Both familiar and not.

I heard it neither in my dream or in this reality. It bridged all dimensions. Communicating more than just my name.

I understood a message. An unshakeable affirmed peace and strength.

Although poetic, this is not a poem. It's my experience from early this morning. Saturday, June 17, 2006.

No Chain Required

Say....there's a door.

A door that leads someplace special. Someplace exclusive and unique.

There needs to be a key. A special, exclusively unique key.

One key for one lock. Not many keys for one lock or one key for many locks.

One door.

One key.

I Believe

The Mission

The mission? The mission is to share. The goal? Share what I know. Share what I've learned. Share what I have experienced. I will do my best to keep it simple, basic. That's the key. It is simple. It is basic. I hope to share a lot of scripture, I promise to stick strictly to it. If i'm to discuss the truth, I should adhere to it. I hope to reveal some keys. I pray you will listen. I'm not here to make converts. That's not my job. This is just a seed.
